REASON FOR APPEAL Continued
1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP' because
Room is needed on first floor for use of family when children and
grandchildren ar~,there during, eua~er.
2. The hardship .created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district becaus~ ~an¥ neighboring houses are now
built closer than 10 ft. to the side line of lot.
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because our nearest neighbor, Mrs. Sealey, is
appro~,~i~a, tely 50 ft'. away from proposed addition. The area is residential and
thepro~"~ed use is residential so there will be no change or harm th the
area.

a. This application must be completely filled in by typewriter or Jn ink and submitted in duplicate to the Building
Inspector.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adioining premises or public streets
or areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drown on the diagram which is part of this location.
c. THe work couered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such
permit shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the progress of the work.
i e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.
