corner formed by the intersection of the Northerly side of Peconic Bay Boulevard with the Westerly side Ill'
North Oakwood Road, said beginning point also being where the division line between lots 23 and 24
according to said to said map intersects the Northerly side of Peconic Bay Boulevard;
RUNNING THENCE South 69 degrees 08 minutes 40 seconds West along the Northerly side of
Peconic Bay Boulevard 66.66 feet to the Easterly line of lot 25 according to said map;
