RUNNING THENCE North 20 degrees 38 minutes 00 seconds West along the easterly side of Sigsbee Road a distance of 50.00 feet to a point in thE division line of Lot 78 and Lot 77; THENCE North 69 degrees 22 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 140.00 feet to a point; THENCE South 20 degrees 38 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 50.00 feet to a point; THENCE South 69 degrees 22 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 140.00 feet to the easterly side of Sigsbee Road, the point or place of BEGINNING. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
