REASON FOR APPEAL
Continued
1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP because: It
is requested to operate a temporary fund raising affair for one ],Ieek,
where only temporary portable structures would be erected, necessary
fencing would pe erected, police supervision provided, consent of the
neighbors have been secured, see letter attached. This activity has been
conducted for many years on the opposite side of this str'et; That property
has been converted to other uses and no .longer 'available for this purpose.
It \-Iould be an undue hardship to deny this request as there are no other
realy sui table locations available in the area \'ihere the necessary facility
