Building Inspector
Town of Southold
Southold, N.Y.
Dear Sir;
We are planning to purchase from Fenmore some of his road
frontage for access to our property on North Side of Naugles firive,
Mattituck, N.Y. and install a scale to weigh the trucks which are
loaded there.
We propose to purchase 30 feet on the north side of Naugles
drive for this purpose. Will this meet the requirements of an industrial
area ?
Your cooperation in this matter will be appreciated.
Yours truly

(The Board further discussed the reasoning on the appli-
oation. )
CHAIRMAN. What was that about the board rence? How does
that enter into the reasoning?
MR. REEVEl The Board tence shuts off the view on the
side and the people on that side cannot complain.
Resolution was offered by Mr. Bergen, seconded by Mr.
Rosenberg and carried, WHEREAS application of Harold R.
Reeve & Sons,. alc Leonard Pleohavicius, having been considered
at Publ1c Hearing No. 231t on November 12, 1959, and the Board
tinding that the applicant has not proven undue hardship also
because it is contrary to the Ordinanoe to grant a varianoe
on an extension of an existing non-oonforming building under
these conditions, therefore be it
RESOLVED that the application is denied.
Vote of the Board: Ayesl- Mr. Gillispie, Mr. Bergen,
