Project Description: Construct a covered porch addition approximately 51'x6',
plus approximately 6'x6' on the landward (north) side of existing house; construct
first story addition approximately 16'x2' on east side of existing house; construct
second story addition approximately 4'x30' on north side of existing house;
remove entire existing asphalt driveway; install pervious gravel driveway
approximate total 2,640 square feet.
Findings: The project meets all the requirements for issuance of an
Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code. The
issuance of an Administrative Permit allows for the operations as indicated on the
survey prepared by Nathan Taft Corwin III, last dated January 29, 2008, and
received on March 28, 2008.
Special Conditions: None.
Inspections: Final inspection.
If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an
Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, a
Wetland Permit will be required.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

Mr. Corbley wishes to add a pomh to the landward side of his existing house. The proposed
addition is highlighted on the enclosed survey maps. The distance between the closest point of the
proposed addition and the wetlands line is 96 feet, as shown on the map. Approximately 20
square feet of the proposed porch will be within the area of the Trustees' jurisdiction.
