BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises acquired by the party of the first part as specific devisee of the Last
Will and Testament of Caroline M. Bell, who died 10/25170, testate a resident of Suffolk County, New York, Suffolk
County Surrogate's Index #663PI97I, which premises were conveyed to Caroline M. Bell as follows: As to Tax Lot
022.000: by deed dated 3/17/28, recorded 10/10/28 in Liber 13860 page 38 (as to part of tax lot 022.000); and by deed
dated 4/15/29, recorded 7/16/29 in Liber 1444 page 161 (as to part of tax lot 022.000); and by deed dated 1/31/30,
recorded 3/15/30 in Liber 1489 page 439 (as to part of tax lot 022.000);
As to Tax Lot 025.00 I: by deed dated 5/14/34, recorded 7/13/34 in Liber 1771 page 514 (as to part of tax lot 025.001); by
deed dated 6/14/28, recorded 10/5/42 in Liber 2255 page 194 (as to part of tax lot 025.001); by deed dated 6/14/28,
recorded 10/5/42 in Liber 2255 page 191 (as to part of tax lot 025.001); excepting therefrom a portion of the premises
conveyed to Suffolk County by deed recorded in Liber 2228 page 369; As to Tax Lot 028.000: by deed dated 9/22/49,
recorded 11/15/49 in Liber 3017 page 136.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
