The undersigned. BARBARA ANN GLEASON, by her signature affixed ~Iow, conveys to THOMAS

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE THE same premises conveyed to the granlor herein by deed dated MlIY 3,

TOGETHER with 0111 right, title lInd interest, if any. of the pany of the first pan in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with thc
appunenances and all the eSllltc and rights of the pany of the first pan in and to said premises; TO
HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the pany of the second pan. the heirs or
