Suffolk and State of New York, and acquired by Tax Deed on February 10,1981, from Jean H. Tuthill, the
County Treasurer of Suffolk County, New York, and recorded on February 11, 1981, in Liber 8959, cpo 374,
and otherwise known as and by Town of Southold, N-Main Rd-Ano; E-Ernest Redford; S-Lake; W-Dieserud-
Ano.
Subject premises are a 6.5 acre parcel on the south side of Main Road, East Marion, described as follows;
BEGiNNING at a point 483 feet, more or less, west of Bay Avenue on the south side of Main Road; running
thence south 28 degrees 37 minutes 00 seconds east 1580 feet, more or less, to Marion Lake; thence west
along a the north shore of Marion Lake 200 feet, more or less; thence north 28 degrees 08 minutes 00
seconds west 1280 feet, more or less, to a monument; thence north 27 degrees 49 minutes 30 seconds west
95.61 feet; thence north 50 degrees 02 minutes 50 seconds east 66 feet; thence north 27 degrees 49 minutes
30 seconds west 165 feet to the south side of Main Road; thence north 50 degrees 02 minutes 50 seconds
east 113.80 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT to all covenants, restrictions and easements of record, if any.
TOGETHER with ail right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will recoive the consideration for this con\!c~'ance and '-".IiI I hold the right to receive slJch consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
