SCHEDULE A
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate lying and being at East
Marion, Town of South old, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as
follows:
Beginning at a point where the northerly line ofland now or formerly of South old
Town intersects the shore of Marion Lake and running southwesterly along said
last mentioned land 140 feet more or less to land of East Marion Cemetery
Association: thence northwesterly along said last mentioned land 442 feet to a
point on the extension easterly of the southerly line of land now or formerly of
Mary E. Brown Estate; thence westerly along said extended line 12 feet to the
southeasterly comer of land now or formerly of Mary E. Brown Estate; thence
northerly along said last mentioned land 127.6 feet to the southerly line of Main
Road: thence easterly along said southerly line of Main Road to a point which is
78.8 feet from the last described point; thence southerly along land of East Marion
Baptist Church 78 fcct; thence southeasterly along land of East Marion Baptist
Church 173.5 feet; thence northeasterly along said land of East Marion Baptist
church 65.2 feet; thence southeasterly along the land now or formerly ofGlenz and
along land now or formerly of Marie A. Billman 195 feet more or less to the
southeasterly comer of said last mentioned land; thence westcrly along the
northerly line of land of L. W. Caulkins Estate 64.6 fect; thence southerly along
said last mentioned land 90 feet more or less to the shore of said Marion Lake;
thcnce westerly and then southwesterly and then southerly along said shore of
Marion lake 200 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
Excepting any right of way to Southold Town and others over a certain existing
roadway from the northerly line of said land of South old Town northerly about 580
feet to Main Road
Together with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part of, in and
to the lands under the waters of Marion Lake adjacent to the premises hereinbefore
described.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE THE SAME PREMISES in deed dated July 25,
1978 and recorded July 25, 1978 in Liber 8467 page 403 in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office.
