authority given in and by said last will and testament, and/or by Anicle II of the Estates, Powers
and Trusts Law, and in consideration of Ten dollars (SI0.00), paid by the party of the second

and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
ALL that cenain plot. piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of South old. County of Suffolk, in the State of New
York. know and designated as and by the Lot #61 on a certain map entitled "Map of Tcrry
Waters at Bayview. Town of Southold. SufTolk County, N.Y." and filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on Deccmber 291h, 1958 as Map #2901.
