BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the panies of the lirst part by Deed,
dated Nay 23, 2003, and recorded in the Ofliceoflhe Clerk of Suffolk County on June 11,2003, in liber
12255, Page 598;
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, ifany, of the party ofthe lirst part in and to any stn:ets
and roads abuning the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
