ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and
designated as all of Lot 4 on Map of Paradise by the Bay, filed in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 11/4/1976 as Map Number 6463, when
taken together are more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Kimberly Lane, the following (4)
courses from the extreme southerly end of the arc of a curve connecting the
southerly side of Pine Neck Road with the easterly side of Kimberly Lane:
