and State of New York, known as and by the lot number 9 on a certain map entitled "Map ofScction
One Cleaves Point at East Marion" filed in the Officc of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
September 10, 1959 as Map No. 2752. TOGETHER with a right-of-way ovcr Osprey Nest Road
and Maple Lane to Routc 25.
SUBJ EeT to covenants, restrictions, reservations and utility easements of record, if any. SUBJ ECT
to zoning ordinances of the Town l~fSouthold. SUBJECT to any state offsets an accuratc survey
may show.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the lirst part herein and his
wife, CLARA E. HORNBOSTEL, by a eertain dced dated December lId!, 1959 and recorded in thc
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December lSd!, 1959 in Liber 4740 of conveyances on Page 536.
The said CLARA E. HORNBOSTEL having died while still the wife of the party of the tirst part on
October 5, 1961, a resident of the County of Queens, State ofNcw York.
