(1) IIOUIh 44 degrees 04 minutes 40 aeconds west 50 feet, (2) north 48 degrees 17 minutes west
275.61 feet through a stake to the ordinary high _ter mark of Long Ialand Sound; then<:e the

the fbllowing 3 courses and distances: (1) north 55 dear- 08 minutes 20 aeconds west 100 feet
to monument 1#15, (2) south 44 degrees 04 minutes 40 seconds west 50 feet, (3) north 48 degrees
17 minutes west 275.61 feet to Long Island Sound.
