A Variance to Section 280A Subsection 3 (X) A Voriance to the Zoning Ordinance ( ) is requested far the reason that I land having a dwelling. 225 ft. in depth and is (Continue on other side) wish to sell as a single lot a Farce1 of This land is 75 ft. front by approximately irregular in shape. Form ZBl , . . REASON FOR APPEAL Continued 1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP because the existing dwelling was constructed in1952 on a parcel set off as a 75 ft. front lot. There is another parcel to the east with also has a 75 ft. ,front,with a'dwelling.
