erected, situate, lying and being at Cutchogue. Town of South old, County of Suffolk and
Slate of New York, known and designated as Lots Nos. 49, 50 and 51 on a cenain map
elltilled, "Map of Section Two, Property of M.S. Hand, situ ale at Cutchogue, Suffolk County,
New York", made by Otto W. Van Tuyle from surveys completed March 23,1939 and filed
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 12, 1939 as Map No. 1280, being bounded and
dc:scribcd as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Stillwater Avenue, said point being the
following 2 courses and distances from the intersection formed by the westerly side ofTraek
Avenue and the southwesterly side of Stillwater Avenue:
I. North 40 degrees 58 minutes 40 seconds West 691.56 feet;
2. North 59 degrees 32 minutes West 280.60 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 45 degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds West 162.90 feet along the
division line between Lots 48 and 49 on said filed map to a point;
