Dear air; I own property on the east side of Ceader Lane~ Esst Marion with a frontage of 200 feet on the street and a depth of 120 feet. Would it be possible to divide this into two parcels of 100 ft by 120 feet and sell as single lots ? The other lots on this street are all of 120 ft depth~ and mostly of 100 ft frontage.
