ALL mains and appurtenances laid or to be laid by the Grantee, its successors and assigns, shall be and remain personal property of the Grantee, its successors and assigns, forever. AND said Grantors covenant as follows: FIRST: Grantors represent that they are seized of the said Property in fee simple, and has good right to convey the same; TWO: That said Grantee shall quietly enjoy the said rights and easements. THIRD: That said Property is free and clear from encumbrances. FOURTH: That the Grantors will execute or procure any further necessary assurances of the title to said rights and easements; and FIFTH: That said Grantors will forever warrant the title to the said rights and easements.
