Danowski, k and Susan Danowski, his wife, 604 Roanoke Avenue, Riverhead, New York
11901, hereinafter, Grantors,
and SUFFOLK COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY, a public benefit corporation, having its
principal place of business. at 4060 Sunrise Highway, Oakdale, County of Suffolk, State of New
York, hereinafter, Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
The Grantors, in consideration of other good and valuable consideration and TWO
($2.00) DOLLARS, lawful money of the United States, paid by the Grantee, does hereby grant
and convey unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, forever:

~ or mains, both supply and distribution, and appurtenances, including domestic services on and/or
in the property described in Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof (hereinafter the
"Property").
TOGETHER with the right to use Property for such purposes; together with such similar
rights and easements as the Grantors can grant in and to the Property described in Schedule A.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the rights and easements herein granted unto the Grantee, its
suwessors and assigns, forever.
ALL mains and appurtenances laid or to be laid by the Grantee, its successors and assigns,
shall be and remain personal property of the Grantee, its successors and assigns, forever.
AND said Grantors covenant as follows:
FIRST: Grantors represent that they are seized of the said Property in fee simple, and has
good right to convey the same;
TWO: That said Grantee shall quietly enjoy the said rights and easements.
THIRD: That said Property is free and clear from encumbrances.
FOURTH: That the Grantors will execute or procure any further necessary assurances of
the title to said rights and easements; and
FIFTH: That said Grantors will forever warrant the title to the said rights and easements.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Cutchogue, Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point, marked by a monument found on the westerly
side of Monsell Lane at the southeasterly corner of Lot 10, "Map of Norwold"
filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on March 13, 1939 as File
No. 1275;
RUNNING thence from said point of beginning southerly on the arc of
a curve to the left having a radius of 739.87 feet a distance of 15.01 feet to
a stake set;
RUNNING thence South 89 deg. 40 min. 30 sec. West through land now
or formerly Peter S. Danowski, Jr. and Susan Danowski 100.15 feet to a stake
set and land now or formerly Mary A. Tangney;
RUNNING thence North 00 deg. 19 min. 30 see. West along land now or
formerly Mary A. Tangney 15.00 feet to a monument found and Lot 10,
"Map of Norwold";
RUNNING thence North 89 deg. 40 min. 30 see. East along Lot 10,
