QUITCLAIM DEED
This Indentur,e, made the 5th day of December, Two Thousand
and Six,

PAUL S'l'OUTI!:JIBURGII and BARBARA STOUTI!:IIBURQH, his wife, both
residing at <1015 Skunk Lane, Cutchogue, New York 11935,
party of the :first part, and
'l'BE BARBARA. S'l'OU'l'ERBURGB IRREVOCABLE 'l'RUST, under
agreement dated December 5, 2006, Pet~r Ross Stoutenburgh,
residing at 2885 Indian Neck Lane, Peconic, New York
11958, as Truistee; party of the second part,
1fI'l'IIESSE'l'B, that the party of the first part, in
consideratio,n of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does
hereby grant and release quitclaim unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the
party of the isecond part forever, all of the party of the
first part's interest in
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being at Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, bounded
on the east ~~ Skunk Lane also known as Bay Avenue, on the
south by Leander B. Glover, Jr., on the west by Baldwins'
Creek also known as Mud Creek, and on the north by Richard
E. and Mary M. Bozsnyak.
Said premises appear on the Suffolk County Tax Map as No.
1000-138-2-32.
Bl!:IIIG AIID III'1'BJIDBD TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
Grantor by Deed dated March 10, 1988 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March 17, 1988 in Liber
10564 page 524, the Grantor being the same person
described as "the Grantee in said Deed.
Together with all right, title and interest, if any, of
the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center
lines thereof;
Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of th,e party of the first part in and to said
premises;
To have and to hold the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of true party of the second part forever.
And the party of the first part covenants that the party
of the first: part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the s,aid premises have been encumbered in any way
whatever, except as aforesaid.
And the part:y of the first part, in compliance with
Section 13 of' the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first paJ,t will. receive the consideration for this
conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the
purpose of paying the cost of improvement and will apply
the same fi:t"st to the payment of the cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total of the same
for any othler purpose. The word "party. shall be
construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of
this indenturE! so requires.

executed this Deed the day and year first above written.
