County and Slate of New York, known and designated as Lot 31 on a certain Map entitled. " Su\>division Map
of Section One", property of George I. Tuthill and all others', and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk on January 15, 1929 as Map Number 861. more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Bray Avenue distant 100 feet northerly from the comer formed
by the intersection of the northerly side of Sixth Street and the westerly side of Bray Avenue:
RUNNING THENCE South 69 degrees 13' 10" West 150 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 20 degrees 46' 50" West 50 feet:
RUNNING THENCE North 69 degrees 13' 10' East 150 feet to the Westerly side of Bray Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE South 20 degrees 46' 50 . East elong the westerly side of Bray Avenue 50 feet to the
point or plaoe of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE an interest in the same premises conveyed to the parties by deed dated
12/22/99, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 12/22/99 in Liber 12010 cp.367 ,
the ownership of the property now being in Kathrine S. Williamson as to an undivided two-lhirds(213) interest,
Kathrine Y. Williamson (named In prior deed es Kathrine P. Williamson) as to an undivided one-sixth (116)
interest and Zahn R. Williamson as to an undivided one-sixth (116) interest. all tenants In common
TOGETHER with all ri9ht. tille and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and ell
the eslate end ri9hts of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part. the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenantS that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such conslderelion
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the Improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as If It read 'parties" when ever the sense of this Indenture so
requires.
