The premises is located on t he easterly side of l1attituck creek
and is reached by a right of \'Iajz; that begins at ,the sharp bend in grand
Ave near the Property of Albert Honsell and the right of "lay heads in a
is requested for the reason that North\oJesterly direction skirting farm land
in various directions west & north to the easterly end mf; the lot in
question.

~EASON FOR APPEAL

1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP because: There
was a summer camp building on the premises used by the former owners
for many years. these buildings hawe been removed and the lot cleared for
building a home, the T:r;ai,ler. will be used for living qu'arters during
construction of said home. This right of Hay 'is used 'by at 'least three
other property owners adjoining this lot, and has been so used for ~any
years.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shored by 011 properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this properiy and in this use district because: other lots on this right of "Jay
now have dwellings being used at this time, this lot is only one to be
built upon and have a trailer at this time.
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because: this is a residential district surrounded
by farm land (now under cultivation) and facing on the creek, the proposed
use is residential and will in no way change or harm the charicter of
the neighborhood. 'l'e Tmm Boar' has issued a two year permit to locate
a trailer on the premises during the construction of a d,'Jelling.
