a. This application must be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink'and sUbmitted-in duplicate to the Building
Inspector.
b. Plot plan showing ~ocation of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets
or areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is port of this location.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such
permit shall be kept on the premises avc~ilable for inspection throughout the progress of the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.

Building Inspector No. 262 dated February 15, 1960.

Mr. Bird is buying a lot from Walter Grabie
whose lots in his proposed Open DeveloPment Area
have been revised to comply with the Zoning regu-
lations, therefore making it unnecessary for Mr.
Bird to appeal. ·

you a permit to use the premises'desoribed in your appli-
cation, namely Map No. 272~-6, Lot No. 21, Lupron Point.
we call your attention to Article X, Section IO00A
which reads as followss ',No lot-shall .be sold, divided,
or set off i~ such a manner that either the portion sold,
divided, or set off, or the portion remainir~ shall have
an area and/Ar open spaces of less than that prescribea
