point also being where the easterly line of the premises herein described and westerly line of land now or
formerly of Harvey Pollak. intersects the southerly side of Main Road (SR2S);

of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will

for any other purpose.
