Suffolk on January 15, 1929 as Map No. 861.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights Df the party of the first part in and tD said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted untD the party Df the secDnd part, the heirs or succeSSDrs and assigns Df the party Df
the secDnd part fDrever. Being and intended to be the sarre premises conveyed to the
grantor herein by deed dated 4/15/00 recorded 5/12/00 in Liber 12042 Page 227.
AND the party of the first part cDvenants that the party Df the first part has nDt dDne Dr suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as afDresaid.
AND the party Df the first part, in cDmpliance with SectiDn 13 Df the Lien Law, covenants that the party Df the
first part will receive the cDnsideration for this cDnveyance and will hDld the right to receive such cDnsideratiDn
as a trust fund tD be applied first fDr the purpDse Df paying the CDst Df the improvement and will apply the same
first tD the payment of the CDst Df the improvement befDre using any part Df the tDtal Df the same fDr any Dther
purpDse. The word "party" shall be cDnstrued as if it read "parties" when ever the sense Df this indenture so
requires.
