of Robert G. Bums; running thence along said last mentioned land South 14 degrees 35 minutes 00
seconds East, 176.43 feet to land of Habermann; running thence along said last mentioned land North
85 degrees 38 minutes 10 seconds West, 175.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the premises conveyad by deed dated June 30"', 1977 and rac:orded In the OffICe
of the Suffolk County Clerk on July 8, 1977 In Uber 8266 at Page 54.
TOGETHER with all right, DUe and Interest, if any, of the party of the first part In end to any streets and roads
abutting the above desalbed premises to the canter lines theraof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
eslate and rights of tha party of the first part In and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein
grantllll unto the party of tha second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the sac:ond part
forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the IIrst part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the sald premises have bean encumbered In any way whatever. except as aforesaid.
AND the party of tha first part, In compllanc:e with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will recalve the consideraUon for this conveyanc:eand will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust
fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the
payment of the cost of the Improvement before using any part of the tolal of the same for any other purpose. The
word "party" shall be construed as If It read "parties" when ever the sense of this Indenture so requires.
