BEGINNING at a locust post said post being set at the southeasterly corner of the
property of Gertrude Miller, said post being approximately 100 feet from the easterly
side of Reeve Avenue)
THENCE in a northerly direction along easterly boundary line of property of Gertrude
Miller a distance of 100 feet to a locust post,
THENCE In an easterly direction along the land of the part of the first part a distance
of 50 feet,
THENCE in a southerly direction along land of the party of tbe first part a distance of
100 feet to a right of way,
THENCE along the northerly side of a right of way a dIstance of 50 feet to a locust
post, the point or place of BEGINNING; easterly and westerly lines being parallel.

BEING THE SAME PREMISES conveyed to ELIZABETH GALATI on the 18th day of March, 1952,
recorded on April 1, 1952, in Liber 3335, page 569.
