York, bounded and described as follows :
'��1At1�1 BEGINNING at the northwest corner hereof, which point is also the
northeast corner of the premises of Henry Ehrichs at a monument; thenc:
running southerly nine degrees twenty-four minutes east to the waters .
Peconic Bay; thence easterly by and with the waters of Peconic Bay to
the land of one Norris; thence northerly by and with the lands of
Norris to a point which is the continuation easterly of the straight
line forming the southerly lide of a tract of land fifty feet in
width now or formerly of Leone D. Howell; thence westerly by and with
the southerly line of said tract now or formerly belonging to Leone D.
Howell to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way to pass and repass at all times from
a right of way leading southerly along the westerly line of premises
of Laetitia Reeve and others, over a strip of land fifty feet in
width, beginning at a monument set on the northwest corner of said
fifty foot strip of land running thence north eighty-eight degrees
forty-one minutes east six hundred two and four tenths feet to another
monument; and thence continuing the same course to the land of Norris;
thence southerly by lands of Norris fifty feet; thence westerly on a
line parallel with and fifty feet southerly from the northerly line
of this right of way to the monument set at the northwest corner of
premises now or formerly of Leone D. Howell.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of
the first part of, in and to the lands under the waters of Peconic
Bay adjoining said premises.
TOGETHER with an easement in common with the parties of the first
part herein and others as described in the deed from Laetitia Reeve
et al, to J. Wickham Reeve, dated June 2nd, 1922, recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerks Office on May 16th, 1932, in Liber 1649,
page 498 , which reads as follows;
