Cu~chogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
as shown on a certain Map entitled, "Map of Section 2, Prope-rty of M.S.-Hand",
filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 5112/39 as Map
Number 1280, known and designated as Lots 80, 81, 82 and 83 incl. .and part of
Lot 84, said Lots and part of Lot being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Stillwater Avenue distance
651.17 feet from the corner formed by the intersection of the easterly side of
Track Avenue with the northerly side of Stillwater Avenue;
THENCE along land now or formerly of LoGrande and others, North 44 degrees
