The Supervisor was instructed to advise the State Liquo~ Authority that the Town of Southold-desires to continue with local en- forcement. Moved by Justice Terry; seconded by Justice Clark: Whereas~ the Commissioners of the Fishers Island Ferry District have heretofore and on or about the 6th day of No~ember~ 1948~ ent~ed into a bareboat charter with the Rhode Island Navigation Company for the chartering of the vessel MoV. Yankee for the period No~ember 8~ 19~8 to.November ll, 1958~ both dates incluSive, and Whereas~ the Town Board of the Town of Southold finds that in view of exigencies of the situation~ an emergency existed requiring immediateaction by said commissioners~ NOW, T~EREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED, that the acts of said Commissioners in entering into said contract be and the same hereby is approved.
