M~ved by Justice Terry; seconded-by Justice Tuthill: Whereas, the Town Superintendent of Highways did on the 3rd d~yof November, 19~8, duly recommends the purchase of certain machinery pursuant to the provisions of Sec. 1~2 of the. High,way Law, and a notice of such recommendation has been duly Dublished~ as provided in such action, N0w~ .~erefore Be It Resolved that pursuant to Sec. 1~2 of the Hi,way Law the Town Superintendent of Highways is hereby author- iZ'ed to purchase from Long Island Produce & Fertilizer ~O. with th~ approval of the County Superintendent of Highways one Interr national Dump Truck for a total ~rice o£ $~7%O.00 delivered at Peeonic, N~Y. The Town Superint~nde~t of Highways TM is h~reby authorized, subject to the approval of the Count~ Superintendent of~ Highways, to surrender to the above named vendor one Internat, ional Dump Truck as part payment for the above machinery to be pur- chased. Stelzer of Southold and David Edwards of Fishers islands be and hereby are appointed dog enumerators for the Town of Southold~for the year 1949.
