Meeting of April 20, 19~8
Th~S0uthold Town Board met at the office of Supervisor Norman E.
Klipp:, Et Greenport,.on Tuesday, April 20, 1998. The m~e%ing
~l!~? to order~at 1.30 P;M. with the foliowing pre~ent. ~u~ervisor
KltpD]-Justices Terry, Tut~ill, Albertson and Clark; Town 8U~rin-
tendent of Highways, Price$ Tow~Attorney, Termly and Town Clerk,
Booth.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and duly approved
as re~d.

by storms, be and hereby is approved by the Town Board.
Be It Further Resolved: That proposals for sealed bi~s be pub-
li~hed in the Southold Traveler-Mattituck Watchman and The Suffolk
Time~4' Bids will be opened at the office of the Supervisor at
'on:Tuesdsy, May ~, 1958, at 1:30 P.M.

Resolved: That the Park Committee be and hereby is authorized to
fence for the inclosure of the property purchased
from ie Zimmer Estate on the Sound at Greenport. Necessary labor
and mat~riaI to clean up and landscape the property and have fire

on side of the parking lot, in the Mattituck Lighting
Distr~¢t.
Further~Resolved: That ~in the event the property is disposed-
of by the Park District or lights are no lounger required the Town
Boardiwill~ask for their removal.

A petition which was presented to the Town Board atthe previous'
meeting and carried over until this-meeting, requesting eleven-ad-
ditional street lights be installed~at Fleets NEck, in the C~C~egue
Lighting DistriCt, was discussed. The~B6ard deemed it advisabie
~0 have these lights installed.
