The Board sat at once as a committee on audit to examine the claims against the TOwn, concluding the audit wo~k at'~2:30 P.M. The minutes of the two previous meetings were read and duly~p- proved as read. Moved by Justice Tuthill; seconded by Justice Albertson: Resolved: That the annual audit meeting of this Board be held at the office of the Supervisor at Greenport, on Friday, December 30 at 1:30 P,M. adopted. Moved by. Justice Albertson; seconded by Justice Tuthill: Resolve~. That the Supervisor be and hereby is authorized to incurred during the stay of the StateFreedom 't which event will take place in the near fUture. UnanimOusly adopted. Moved by Justice Tuthill; seconded by Justice Albertson: Resolved: That General Bills in the amo~l~.t'of $3,030.16; Lighting District Bills in ~he amountof $1,038.86, Non-reimbursable Wel- fare~Bill of $28.36 and Fishers Island ~erry Dis- in the amount of $5,596.1~, be and the paid. GrangerTown COnstable, as he has taken one day in excess of sick leave as is' allotted to him in accordance tzlth Sec. 2 of the rules adopted bY the Town Board governing Southold Town Constables. Unanimously adopted. Moved by JUstice Ter{y; seconded by Justice Tuthill: Resolved: That the own Board does hereby approve the letter of agreement between th~ Fishers Island Ferry District and E.S. Wilcox in the operation of the vessel Col. John Baxter in the sum of $5,000.00 from Nov. 1, 19~9 to Nov. 30, 19~9~ both dates inclusive. Unanimously adopted. Moved by Justice Albertson; seconded by Justice Clark: Whereas, there exists a vacancy in the office of Commissioner of the Fishers Island Ferry District, caused by the resignation of Serge J.
