The Southold Town Board met at the office of Supervisor ~orman E.
Klipp ~t Greenport o~ Tuesday, November 22, 19~9. The Meeting was
Called'to order at 1.30,~P.M~ with the foil&wing present:' Supervisor
Klipp; Justices Terry; ~uth~ll; ~lbertson and Cl~rk; Town Superin-
tendent of HighWays ~riCe; ow~Attorney Terry and ~°wn Clerk BoOth.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and duly approved as
read.

Rest the regular monthly audit meeting of this Board be
the office of the Supervisor at Greenport on Tuesday, Dec.
6, 1949; at 1:30 P.M.
Unanimously adopted.
The date of this meeting was later changed te Thursday Dec. 8, 1959.

Now~ Therefore Be It Resolved that pursuant to section 1~2 of the
Highway L~w the Town Superintendent of Highways is hereby authorized
to purchase from Municipal~ Machinery Co. with the approval of the
CoUnty Superintendent of' Highways: Two Frink one-way snow plows
for a total price of ORe Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($1,600.OO)
delivered ~t Peconic ~nd to be delivered on or about December 30,1959.
