WITNESSETH:
THAT the Party of the First Part, in consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration paid by the Association, does hereby grant and release unto the
Association forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel ofland, situate, lying and being in the Hamlet of Laurel,
Town of Southold, County of Sujfolk and State of New York, as shown on the subdivision map
entitled "Map of Laure! Links", filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 23,2001 as
Map No. 10712, more particularly designated as Laurel Court, Llcmt:el Way andJ.,aure! Trail running
southerly from the point at which Laurel Trail is contiguous to the northwest corner ofI-()t ~(),.I,on
said map and proceeding southerly into and through the subdivision ending in the cul-de-sac
contiguous with Lots No.8 and 12.
SUBJECT to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, Easements, Charges
and Liens and By-Laws of LAUREL LINKS ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.,
which Declaration and By-Laws are to be or have been recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County.
SUBJECT to Covenants, Restrictions, Reservations and Easements of record.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and right of the Party of the First Part
in and to said premises;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the Association, its successors
and assigns forever
AND the Party of the First Part covenants that the Party of the First Part has not done or
suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as
aforesaid.
AND the Party of the First Part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants
that the Party of the First Part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the
right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost
of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement
before using any part of the total ofthe same for any other purpose.
