WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
Paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
of successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point cn the westerly side of Marlene Lane 878.36 feet
southerly along said westerly side from a concrete monument set at its inter-
section with the southerly side of the Main Road (Route 25) and running thence
along said westerly side of Marlene Lane, South 20 degrees 39 minutes 10 seconds
East 75.0 feet; thence along land now or formerly of Paul and Jane Haslach,
South 69 degrees 20 minutes 50 seconds West 145.0 feet to land now or formerly
of Mattituck Park Properties, Inc. ; thence along said land now or formerly of
Mattituck Properties, Inc:. , North 20 degrees 39 minutes 10 seconds West 75.0
feet and thence.North 69 degrees 20 minutes 50 seconds East 145.00 feet to the
westerly side of Marlene Lane to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Barbara A. Schwarz
by William J. Keil and L=sabel H. Keil, his wife, by deed dated November 26,
1982 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
December 15, 1982 in Liber 9284 of Deeds at Page 465.
TOGETHER WITH an easement of record set forth in KUTIL to KEIL deed, re-

SUBJECT TO covenants and restrictions contained in Liber 3373, page 360,

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the Izlyment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
