RUNNING THENCE along lands of James H. Rich Estate, the following three courses and distances: (1) North
55 degrees 26 minutes 40 seconds East 290.40 feet; (2) South 34 degrees 33 minutes 20 seconds East 150.00
feet; (3) South 55 degrees 26 minutes 40 seconds West 290.40 feet, to the easterly side of Peconic Lane;
THENCE North 34 degrees 33 minutes 20 seconds West, along the easterly side of Peconic Lane, 150.00 feet
to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated
8/27/76, recorded 9/10/76 in Liber 8102 page 339.
TOGETHER with all right. title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
