Special Note: At the start of the Town Board Meeting the Supervisor will invite the public to
speak on the following resolutions.
678. Appoint Michael Sleights as part-time deckhand for the Fishers Island Feny District.
679. Accept the resignation of Richard Smith as a member of the Southold Town Conservation
~ Advisory Council and authorize and direct Town Clerk Neville to advertise for a m~nber to
replace him.
680. Approve a paid leave of absence for Town Engineer James Richter.
681. Authorize and direct Island Group Administration Inc. to pay the past due medical bill of a
retiree, said bill the result of insurance transition.
682. Appoint Christina Dinizio to the position of substitute School Crossing Guard at the
Oysterponds Elementary School in Orient.
683. Authorize modification to the Capital Budget for the New Suffolk Beach Restroom.
684. Authorize and direct the Fishers Island Ferry District Board of Commissioners to advertise
for bids for the drydocking of the M/V Munnatawket and work thereon.
685. Authorize and direct Town Clerk Neville to advertise for bids for items for 2002.

686. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute a project amendment for the GIS
Implementation grant,
687. Set 4:05 p.m., November 8, 2001, Southold Town Hall, as the time and place for a public
heating to hear citizens views on local housing and community development needs to be
met with the approximately $148,000 in Community Development Block Grant Funds.
688. Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 2001 budget for additional
Laserfiche expenses.
689. Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 2001 budget for equipment in the
Supervisor's office.
690. Set 7:05 p.m., October 23, 2001, Southold Town Hall, as the time and place for a public
heating for the purchase of development rights of agricultural lands of Sider, SCTM #1000-
115-2-9.1.
691. Determine that accepting the offer of the gift of property owned by Damianos, SCTM

portion of the C&D or MSW waste stream be charged the appropriate tip fee.

708. Approve the application of D&B engineering consulting fees in support of compost site
development to the compost site project.
709. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute ma agreement with the Suffolk County
Office for the Aging for the Daily Congregate Midday Meals.
710. Approve amendment to bond resolution adopted on March 27, 2001, in order to increase
the estimated maximum cost for computer system network.
711. Approval of bond resolution authorizing the acquisition of land at 700 Boisseau Avenue,
Southold, and the existing building thereon.
