lawful money of the United States paid by the party ofthc second part, does hereby grant and release unto

January 24. 1991 recorded in the Office oCthe Clerk oCthe County of Suffolk on January 28, 1991 in Liber
12210 at page 120.
TOGETHER with all right, tille and interest, ifany. of the party ofthc first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof.
TOGETHER with the appurlenllnces and all the estate and rights of the party of the tirst part in and to said
premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the p&rty of the second part, the heirs or
sueecssors and assigns of the party of the seeond part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suftered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND THE party of the first part. in compliance with Section 13 orthe Lien Law, covenants thai. the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration lIS a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement. and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
the same for any other purpose. The word .'party~ shall be construed a.~ if it read "partics" whenever the
sense of this indenture so requires.

BEGINNING at the point on the westerly side of Village Lane (Main Street) which point is the
southeasterly corner of the premises herein described and the northeasterly corner of lands now or fonnerly
ofM. Jaworeski;
RUNNING THENCE a10Dg the northerly line of said lands of Jaworeski North 55 degrees 15
minutes ()() seconds West, 93.90 feet to a post;
THENCE still along said lands South 37 degrees 16 minutes 00 seconds West, 19.50 feet to a pipe
and lands now or fonnmy of Milliken;
THENCE along said lands of Milliken and 1ands of Bahn:nburg North 52 degrees 48 minutes 00
seconds West 63.0 feet;
THENCE along said land of Bahrenburg North 37 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds Ea:.1, 40.50 feet to
a pipe and the southerly line of lands now or fonnerly of G.R. Latham;
THENCE along the southerly line of lands last mentioned South 46 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds

southweslerly comer of lands now or fonnerly of Wiggs; .
