Estate of Alice H, W. Boutcher; from said monument of beginning running thence South 570 SI'- 40" East along said

feet in wldth; RUNNING THENCEaloug the Northerly side of said right of way South 4So 00' West 75 feet to a
concrete monument and other land of John W. Boutcher; RUNNING THENCE along said land of John W. Boutcher
two courses and distances as follows: (I) North 5r 51' 40" East 146.39 feet to a concrete,monument; thence (2) North
450 IS' 50" East 74.09 feet to the concrete monument and place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way for access between said premises and the Main Road, said right of way running along
the southerly side of said premises and in a westerly direction and thence in a Northwesterly direction and thence in a
northerly direction to the Main Road; said right of way being 33 feet in \vidth as it runs in a westerly and northwesterly
direction and 25 feet in width as it runs in a northerly direction; the northerly and easterly sides of said 33 foot right of
way being described as follows: BEGINNING at a concrete monument at the southeasterly corner of the premises
herein conveyed and running South 480 00' \Vest 655.16 feet along said land herein conveyed and land of John W.
Boutcber to a poiut, THENCE North 570 04' 40" West 154.94 feet along said land of John W. Boutcher to a concrete
monument and the easterly'side of said 25 foot right of way. Said 25 foot right of way thence nlnning between lands of
John L Shlfges on the west and Clara Dale on the east to the Main Road; IT BEING UNDERSTOOD however, that
the party of the first part is under no obligation or liability for keeping open or maintaining said right of way.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey may show. SUBJECT to covenants, restriction, reservations and
easements, if any, of record.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by cleed dated September 4,
