Boutcher; from said point of beginning, running thence along said land of the estate of Alice H. W. Said 25 foot right-of-way thence running between lands of John L Sturges on the West and Clara Dale on the East to the Main Road; it being understood, however, that the party of the first part shall be under no obligation or liability for keeping open or maintaining said right-of- \vay.
