WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

New York" made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Greenport, New York, February 19,
1927, which said map was filed in the office of the County Clerk of
Suffolk County, New York, March 25 , 1927 , under file number 192 .
TOGETHER with the use of a right of way eight feet wide to and
from Wickham Avenue to Long Creek, a branch of Mattituck Bay, to pass
and repass on foot only; said right of .way commencing at the northerly
0 junction of Middle -Road and Wickham Avenue, at a concrete monument,
\ running in a westerly direction eight feet; thence running in a north-
erly direction one hundred thirty feet parallel with the boundary line
of the property of Hubert W. Klein and Gustav Bayer, to mean high
water mark of Long Creek; thence running in an easterly direction along-
Q Long Creek to land of Hubert,. W. Klein; thence running in a southerly
Q direction along the westerly boundary of land of Hubert W. Klein one
hundred thirty feet to a concrete monument; the northerly junction of
Middle Road and Wickham Avenue, the point or place of BEGINNING.
