The Southold Town Board met at the office of Supervisor Norman E. Klipp at
G~eenport, on Tues., Dec. 5, 1950. The~meeting was called to order at
~.~P~M..w~th the following present: Oupervisor Klipp; Justices Terry¥'
~uthill~Albertson and C~ark; Town Superintendent of Highways Pric~i
own Attorney Terry and ~ownClerk Booth.,
The Board~sat at once as a committee on audit to examine claims against
the Town, concluding th& audi t work at 2:00 P.M.
The'Minutes of the two previous meeting~ were read and were duly. approved
as read.
Moved by Justice Terry~ seconded by Justice Clark:
-Resolved: That the annual audit, meeting of this Board be held at the
office of the Supervisor at Greenport, on Friday, Dec. 29, 1950, at 1:~O P.M.
Unanimously adopted.
Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Justice Terry:
Res01ve~: That the Town Ooard does hereby approve the letter agreemen~
between the ~ishers Island Ferry District and E.S. Wilcox.in the operations
of the vessel m/v Mystic Isle in the sum of $~,9~7.98, from Nov. I to
No~. ~0~ 1950, both dates inclusive.
UnanimouslY adopted.
The Bonds of Supervisor Klipp were presented to the Board for approval.
Moved by Justice Terry; seconded by Justice Clark:

ompany in the sum $60,000.00, on behal$ of Supervisor Norman E. Klipp be
and the same is hereby approved as to its form, sum, manner of execution and
sufficiency of surety therein. Four v~tes in the affirmative, Supervisor

Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Justice Tuthill:~
Resolved: That pursuant to the provisions of Section 28~ of the Highway Law,
BondNo. ls ll6 752 issued by the Aetena Casualty and Surety Company on
behalf 0f °upervisor Norman E. Klipp, in the sum of $5,000.00, be and the
same is hereby approved as to its form, sum, manner of execution and
sufficiency of surety therein. Eour votes in the affirmative, Supervisor
Klipp not vbting.
A communication was read from Mayor Burt of the Village of Greenport~
requesting the Town of ~outhold assume part of the expense of maintaiRing
