The minutes of the previous meeting were read and 'duly approved as corrected.. ~John Wickham appeared before the Board to complain about certain ~par~ties gathering oysters in.the creek bodering on'his property at He inquired if it were possible to compel such parties to be The Supervisoradvised him to take ~he matter up with rustees.
