The Southold Town Board met at the office of Supervisor Norman
E..Klipp atGreenport, on Friday, March 24, 1950, The meeting was
called to order'at 1:30 P.M. with the following present: Supervisor
Klipp$ JuStices Terry~ Tuthill, Albertson and Clark, Town Superintendent
ef Highways P~ice,~Town Attorney Terry and Town Clerk Booth.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and 'duly approved
as corrected..
~John Wickham appeared before the Board to complain about certain
~par~ties gathering oysters in.the creek bodering on'his property at

Resolved: That inasmuch as the required dedications have been re-
ceived, map~of same duly filed, and the necessary papers signed,
the T6Wn Board take over and maintain as~a.public high-way known
as Leeton Drive, at Southold.
