thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk, State of New York, and being more fully described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake set in the northwesterly line of Ole Jule Lane which stake is
located 211.81 feet, more or less, on a course of South 56 degrees 27 minutes 10
seconds West from a concrete monument set in the northwesterly line of Ole Jule
Lane at the intersection of the premises of Stella Thurm and premises of Doris E.
Wilsberg and which monument is the southwesterly corner of lands of Doris E.
Wilsberg conveyed to her by Julius Zebroski by deed dated January 2, 1951 and
recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 3176 of deeds at Page 191:
Said point also being distant 914.81 feet southwesterly as measured along the
northwesterly side of Ole Jule Lane from the corner formed by the intersection of the
northwesterly side of Ole Jule Lane with the westerly side of Kraus Road;
