The meeting was called to or~er at 1:30 P.Mo with the following present: Supervisor Klipp; Justices Terry~ ~uthill~ Atbert~on and Clark; Town Ouperintendent of Highway Price; Town &ttorney Terry and Town Clerk Booth. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and were duly approved as read, Moved by Justice Tuthi!l; seconded by Justice Albertson: RESOLVED: That the regular monthly audit meeting and the Organization M~eting of 'this Board be held at the office of the Supervisor at Greenport on Tuseday, January 8 19~2 at 1:30 P.ML Vote of To~n Board. Ayes-Supervisor Klipp~ Justices Terry~ Tuthill Albertson ~nd~_ark~ , ~ A communication was read from the Secyetary of the Board of Trustees of the Presbyterian Church at Southold~ Thard~ing the Town Board for having the street light installed in front of the church Moved~ ~ by Justice Clark; seconded by Justice Terry: R~SOL~ED: That Supervisor Norman E. Klipp be designated to represent the Town of Southold at the Annual Meeting ~f the Association of Towns of thee Sta~be of New Yorkr~_t,Q.~be held at Buffalo. N.Y. on February 6 ~ a~nd, ~ 1~9~2, and to cast the ~te~of said Town ~f Southold and t~at~J-~!~ ~us~ice Lester M.
