The minutes of the previous meeting were read and were duly approved as read, Moved by Justice Tuthi!l; seconded by Justice Albertson: RESOLVED: That the regular monthly audit meeting and the Organization M~eting of 'this Board be held at the office of the Supervisor at Greenport on Tuseday, January 8 19~2 at 1:30 P.ML Vote of To~n Board. Klipp be designated to represent the Town of Southold at the Annual Meeting ~f the Association of Towns of thee Sta~be of New Yorkr~_t,Q.~be held at Buffalo.
