BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties ofthe first part by deed dated September I, 1999 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of SufTolk on September 10, 1999 in Liber 11988 at page 341. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by deed dated November 3,1986 recorded in the Offiee of the Clerk oftbe Count)' of Suffolk on Deeember3, 1986 in Liber 10182 page 134, , TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof. TOGETHER wiLh the appurtenances and all Lhe estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns ofthc party ofthc second part forever. AND Lhe party ofLhe first part covenants that the party of the lirst part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
