Meeting of April lO~ i9~l.
The Southold Town Board met at the offise of Supervisor ~rman E.
Klipp at Greenport on Tuesday~ April lO~ 1951. The meeting was called
to order at 1:30 P.M. with th& following present: Supervisor Klipp;
Justices Terry~Tuthill~ Albertson and Clark; Town Superintendent of
Highways Price; Town Attorney Terry and Town Clerk Cooth.
The Board sat as a Cdmmittee on audit to examine claims against the
Town~ concluding the audit work at 2;20 P.M.
The minutes of the pre~ious meeting were read and were duly approved
as read.
Moved by Justice Albertson; seconded by Justice Tuthill:
ResOlved: That the regular monthly meeting of this Board will be
held at the office of the Supervisor at Greenport on Tuesday~
April 2~, 1951~ at 1:30 P.M.
U~animously addpted.
C.H. Wickham 'appeared before the Board in regard to the change in
the grade and alinement in frdnt of his property at Mattituck~ also
in regard b5 the Town taking over the westerly extentionof Park
Evenue at Mattituck.
Moved by Justice Albertson; seconded bY Justice Terry:
Resolved~ 'That the Police Report for the month of March be accepted
by the Board and placed on file.

Moved by Justice Terry; seconded by Justice Tuth~ll:
Resolved: That Supervisor Norman E. Klipp be authorized to trans~
fer the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars($2~500.O0) from
Fishers Island Ferry District Account #1 to Fishers Island Ferry
District Account ~2. Fishers Island Ferry District Account #l to
be reimbursed in like amount by subsequent receipts from Fishers
~sland Ferry District AccoUnt #2.

Hesolved: That General Bills in the sum Of $5~3%7.17; Light
District BilTs in the sum of $1~229~72; Non-reimbursable Welfar~
Bills in the sum of $6.~8; Fishers~Island Ferry District Bills
Account #1 in the sum of $155.00 and Fishers Island Ferry District
Bills Account #2 in the sum of $6~99~.65 be and the s~m are hereby
ordered paid.
