ALL that certain tract or parcel of land situate at Mattltuck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and descnbed as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Deep 'Hole Drive at the northeasterly comer of land now or
formerly of Palmer and the northwesterly corner of the premises herein described; said point being also distant
southeasterly 2196 feet as measured along Deep Hole Drive from New Suffolk Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE easterly along the southerly side of Deep Hole Drive along an arc of a curve bearing to the
left having a radius of 330 feet a distance of 78.0 feet to land now or formerly of Arnold;
THENCE Sout~ 16 degrees 05 minutes 00 seconds West along land now or formerly of Arnold, 184.56 feet;
THENCE South 00 degrees 43 minutes 14 seconds West stili along said land, 12.07 feet to the apparent high
water line of Deep Hole Creek as of November 7, 2005;
THENCE westerly along said apparent high water line of a tie line bearing North 7J degrees 13 minutes 3S
seconds West, a tie distance of 129.58 feel to land now or formerly of Palmer first mentioned above;
THENCE North 29 degrees 37 minutes 30 seconds East along said land now or formerly of Palmer, 209,63 feet
to the southerly side of Deep Hole Drive and the point or place of BEGINNING.
