IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above writte 9c~/~~~ Don y1e LEGAL DESCRIPTION ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a monument set on the westerly side of a 25 foot right of way known as Camp Mineola Road, distant southerly 757.60 feet from the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Kraus Road with the westerly side of Camp Mineola Road: RUNNING THENCE South 14 degrees 35 minutes East along said westerly side of Camp Mineola Road 180.00 feet to land of J. Kreh; THENCE South 81 degrees 05 minutes 30 seconds West along land of J.
